Order Process:
- Place Your Order: Select your preferred size, color, and brand, then upload your custom design file.
- Print-Ready Artwork: Please ensure that the artwork or design you upload is fully print-ready. If you don’t have a print-ready file, don’t worry! You can schedule a design consultation here to help create or refine your design. Please note that this service may incur an additional design setup fee.
- Mockup Approval: After receiving your order, we’ll create a digital mockup of your design on the selected t-shirt. You’ll receive this mockup via email for review. It’s important that you approve this mockup as soon as possible to avoid delays in production. Once approved, your order will move into production.
- Production Time: Our standard production time is approximately 2 weeks from the date of mockup approval. If you need your order sooner, please fill out our rush order request form here to see if we can accommodate your timeline.
- Delivery & Pickup: Once your custom order is produced and quality-checked, we will notify you via email. We offer free Local Pickup from 9 AM – 6 PM, Monday through Friday at R&S Drug Store #1. We also provide shipping for a fee. If you prefer home delivery, please inquire via email to discuss possible arrangements.
